Relationship Verdict™ provides a structured decision-making process that includes digital materials, guided exercises, individualized analysis, and facilitated sessions. Because our services require dedicated preparation, reserved client capacity, and individualized delivery, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy. By purchasing any Relationship Verdict service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund Policy
2. Beta Program Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is available only to participants officially enrolled in a designated Relationship Verdict™ Founding Participant Beta Program.
Eligible Beta participants may receive a 100% refund of their program fee upon successful completion of all required components of the Beta Program.
To qualify, the participant must:
* Complete the Orientation Session.
* Complete the Baseline Narrative.
* Complete the Decision Intelligence observation process.
* Attend and complete the scheduled Decision Day™ session.
* Submit all required post-program feedback.
Failure to complete any required component of the Beta Program will result in ineligibility for the Beta refund. Completion will be verified based on documented participation in the required program components.
3. Standard Program (No Refunds)
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all standard (non-Beta) program purchases are final and non-refundable.
Enrollment reserves limited client capacity and initiates individualized preparation, scheduling, and delivery of services. For this reason, program fees become non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
* Changing your mind
* Choosing not to complete the program
* Missing scheduled sessions
* Personal scheduling conflicts
* Partial participation
* Non-participation
* Dissatisfaction with the relationship outcome
* Dissatisfaction with your personal decision following completion of the process

4. Completion Requirement
The Relationship Verdict™ Beta Program is intentionally designed as a complete process.
To remain eligible for the Beta refund, participants must actively engage in and complete all required program components.
Incomplete participation, missed sessions, failure to complete required exercises, or voluntary withdrawal from the program will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.
5. Refund Request Process
Eligible Beta participants must submit their refund request within seven (7) calendar days following successful completion of the Beta Program.
Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration. All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information provided below.
6. Refund Processing
Approved Beta refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following verification of eligibility. Relationship Verdict™ may issue approved refunds using the original payment method or another reasonable payment method, including electronic transfer or check.
7. Digital Service Acknowledgment
By purchasing, you acknowledge that Relationship Verdict™ is a digital and session-based professional service. Delivery begins upon enrollment and may include scheduling, preparation, access to materials, individualized review, and professional facilitation. You further acknowledge that the value of the service is derived from participation in the structured process—not from any guaranteed relationship outcome or decision.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, we ask that you contact Relationship Verdict™ before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a payment dispute is initiated, Relationship Verdict™ may provide documentation demonstrating enrollment, participation, access to program materials, acceptance of this Refund Policy, and other relevant records necessary to respond to the dispute.

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If you believe extraordinary circumstances affect your ability to participate, please contact us as soon as possible.
