Relationship Verdict provides a structured decision-support service designed to assist individuals in evaluating whether to continue or exit a committed relationship. Services may include digital materials, structured frameworks, written assessments, guided exercises, personal reflection processes, facilitated sessions including “Decision Day,” and a written or documented summary referred to as the “Verdict Record.” Services are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled remote sessions.
3. Nature of Service (No Therapy, Counseling, or Advice)
Relationship Verdict does not provide therapy, counseling, psychological services, legal advice, or financial advice. The Company does not diagnose, treat, or advise. The service is a structured process only, designed to support independent decision-making. All conclusions, decisions, and actions are solely the responsibility of the client.
4. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are voluntarily participating, are capable of making independent decisions, and are not seeking emergency, therapeutic, or crisis intervention. This service is not appropriate for individuals experiencing immediate safety risks, abuse situations, or mental health crises.
5. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise explicitly stated. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a structured, digital and session-based service and that delivery begins upon enrollment, including access to materials and scheduling. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Company’s separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service requires active participation, that refund eligibility is conditional, and that failure to complete the process may result in ineligibility.
7. No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding any specific decision outcome, relationship outcome, emotional outcome, or personal satisfaction. The service provides a structured process only, and results will vary by individual.
8. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. You are not relying on the Company for advice or direction and retain full autonomy over your personal, relational, and life decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationship Verdict shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, personal outcomes, relationship outcomes or changes, or decisions made by the client. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relationship Verdict and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your decisions or actions, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, frameworks, methodologies, and processes provided by Relationship Verdict are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any portion of the service without prior written consent.
12. Confidentiality
We respect the private nature of your participation. Information you provide will be used solely for delivering services and internal business operations. However, you acknowledge that digital communication and storage systems are not guaranteed to be completely secure and that we may disclose information if required by law.
13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend or terminate participation, or limit access, including but not limited to situations involving misuse of the service, inappropriate conduct, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in cases of termination for cause.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
